Lydian’s flagship projects include a gold project at Amulsar in Armenia, and a zinc-lead-silver-gold at Drazhnje in Kosovo. The Company is also focused on its pipeline of new gold and base metal projects.

The Company’s strategy is to maximize shareholder value from its asset portfolio. This will be achieved by the following :

• Develop a defined resource into a mine in collaboration with joint venture partners; or
• Enter into a production joint-venture agreement with a local mining company or partner that would have the technical and financial capabilities to put the resource into production; or
• Float off an asset into a new company, offering it to existing and new shareholders, while retaining a royalty payment based on production.
