Lydian International acknowledges that it is its duty to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all who are affected by the way its operations are conducted. It is the policy of the Company to provide and maintain, as far as is reasonably practicable, a working environment that is safe and without risk to health. To this end it will allocate sufficient resources and sound management systems to the fulfilment of this policy. As far as is reasonable, the Company will follow current best practice in all aspects of its operations.
