Dr. Coughlin has 18 years of wide-ranging experience as an exploration and mining industry consultant and has held senior positions with major mining companies. Dr. Coughlin is a specialist in frontier mineral exploration and on mining investment in emerging and transitional environments. He has provided advice on country entry programs in the Caucasus, the Balkans, Colombia and Russia and has been integral in new and now operating grass-roots gold discoveries in South America and Australasia.

Roderick Corrie

Mr. Corrie is a strategic advisor with experience in a variety of companies. He has held both executive and non-executive roles in corporate finance, health, property, technology, advertising, investment and manufacturing companies. Mr. Corrie has held senior positions within the banking industry, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Securities Institute. He is a non-executive director or the AIM listed Europa Oil & Gas PLC.

Dr. Andor Lips
Technical Director
MSc Geology, PhD Geology

Dr. Lips has 16 years of mining exploration industry experience for base and precious metals. He is a specialist in geodynamics and mineralising systems in Eastern Europe. Following an academic position at Utrecht University (the Netherlands), he worked as a senior researcher with BRGM (France), before joining Lydian in 2007. Author of several publications in international scientific journals, Dr. Lips is currently member of the Scientific Board of the IGCP (UNESCO/IUGS) and a member of several economic geology societies and associations.

Dr. Hayk Aloyan

Dr. Aloyan has 12 years of mining exploration industry experience. He was formerly Deputy Chief of the Geological Survey in the Armenian Mining and Metallurgical Institute. Dr. Aloyan is widely published on Armenian metallogenesis, he is also a specialist in resource estimation.

Naim Ibishi

Armen Martirosyan

Mr. Martirosyan has 14 years experience in finance and economic from which 4 years in mining industry.  He has 7 years background as an auditor in Grand Thornton and 2 years he was Finance Manager of Deno Gold Mining Company. Mr. Martirosyan is member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Dr. Armen Stepanyan
Environmental Officer
BE Chemical Engineering, ME Environmental Engineering,
PhD (geoecology), MBA (major/finance)

Dr. Stepanyan has 9 years experience in environmental studies and 6 years as a researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. He was head of the central analytic laboratory of the Center for Ecological and Noosphere Studies of Armenia, participating in environmental projects funded by CRDF and NATO. He has worked as a water quality expert, and also as Senior Specialist-State Inspector on Radioactive Waste Management at the Armenian Nuclear Regulatory Authority. Dr. Stepanyan has 9 published scientific articles and 3 patents.
