Dr. Timothy Coughlin

Dr. Coughlin has 17 years of wide-ranging experience as an exploration and mining industry consultant. He has held senior positions with major international mining companies. Dr. Coughlin is a specialist in structural geology and project generation. He has managed and conducted country entry programs in numerous frontier and emerging environments such as the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, Colombia and Russia.

Hugh Devlin
Director of Operations and Executive Director

Mr. Devlin is a former officer in the Royal Marines with a strong background in operational planning, logistics, and several years experience as an arms control inspector responsible for the planning and implementation of multilateral arms control inspections in a variety of FSU countries. He has extensive project management experience and is an qualified Russian interpreter.

Roderick Corrie

Mr. Corrie is a strategic advisor with extensive experience in a variety of companies. He has held both executive and non-executive roles in corporate finance, health, property, investment and manufacturing companies. Mr. Corrie has held senior positions within the banking industry, he is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Securities Institute. He is a non-executive director or Europa Oil & Gas PLC.

Dr. Andor Lips
Technical Director
MSc Geology, PhD (structural geology)

Dr. Lips has 14 years of mining exploration industry experience for base and precious metals and bauxite. He is a specialist in geodynamics and mineralising systems in Eastern Europe and around the world. He has 6 years background as a senior researcher with BRGM, during which he co-represented the minerals industry at the European Commission in several industry initiatives (NESMI, BioMinE, ETP-SMR). Dr. Lips is currently member of the Scientific Board of the UNESCO/IUGS IGCP and a member of several economic geology societies and associations.

Dr. Hayk Aloyan

Dr. Aloyan has 10 years of mining exploration industry experience. He was formerly Deputy Chief of Geological Survey in the Armenian Mining and Metallurgical Institute. Dr. Aloyan is widely published on Armenian metallogenesis, he is also a specialist in resource estimation.

Naim Ibishi

Mr. Ibishi is a land and community relations specialist, he has 18 years of experience as a project manager and an extensive network of local contacts. Previously he was Project Manager for Hebel Ag of Germany.

Jason Wilkinson

Mr. Wilkinson has 14 years of experience in mining, mining exploration and business development. He has worked in a wide range of commodities and geological environments, from shear hosted to porphyry systems. He has held management and technical positions with international mining companies in the Balkans, the Middle East and in Central Africa. These include Aur Resources, TVX Gold and INCO.

Dr. Armen Stepanyan
Environmental Officer
BE Chemical Engineering, ME Environmental Engineering, PhD (geoecology), MBA (major/finance)

Dr. Stepanyan has 8 years experience in environmental studies and 6 years as a researcher at the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. He was head of the central analytic laboratory of the Center for Ecological and Noosphere Studies of Armenia, participating in environmental projects funded by CRDF and NATO. He has worked as a water quality expert, and also as Senior Specialist-State Inspector on Radioactive Waste Management at the Armenian Nuclear Regulatory Authority. Dr. Stepanyan has 9 published scientific articles and 3 patents.
